BoA, Incapital launch inflation-busting bond

Banc of America Securities and retail bank Incapital last month launched Inflation-Protected InterNotes, a program designed to safeguard retail investors from the effects of inflation.

Household Finance Corp is the inaugural issuer under the program and the bond will be placed with several thousand investors. Named agents on the deal include AG Edwards, Citigroup, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Charles Schwab, Edward D. Jones, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Securities. Incapital also sells to 375
