Isda AGM set to highlight new OTC regulation threat

More than 700 derivatives industry participants are expected to attend the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s seventeenth annual general meeting in Berlin this month. They will all find themselves united against a serious regulatory challenge for the first time in several years. Isda officials say its members should line up against proposed US laws that would increase the regulation of over-the-counter energy derivatives.
