We reveal the winners of our annual awards to celebrate the outstanding transactions in the credit markets over the past 12 months.
Many of the transactions to feature among Credit’s Deals of the Year reflect the ability of the issuers and their lead managers to pick the perfect time to come to market, which has been no mean feat in the past 12 months. Other transactions, such as those by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and LyondellBasell, were recognised for the use of innovative solutions to complex challenges.
