Brooks Entwhistle relocates to Singapore

Brooks Entwhistle has been appointed chairman of Southeast Asia at Goldman Sachs. In 2010 he was appointed co-head of securities after being appointed co-head of fixed income the previous year. Entwhistle set up the bank’s India operations in 2006. He has also held roles at UBS and Deutsche Bank. In his new role, he will relocate to Singapore.

Tim Leissner, who has been co-president of Goldman Sachs Singapore and head of investment banking for Southeast Asia, will relocate from Singapore to Hong
