BarCap veteran joins RBC as head of public sector debt

RBC Capital Markets has hired Sean Taor as global head of public sector debt capital markets and syndicate.

Taor starts his new position today. He joins directly from Barclays Capital, where he had worked for the last 18 years. His most recent position was global head of rates syndicate, which he held for the last three years.

Taor is based in London, and reports to Harry Samuel and Jonathan Hunter, global co-heads of fixed income and currencies at RBC.
