Aviva recruits new head of credit team in India

Aviva Investors has appointed a new head of research to lead a team of credit analysts based in India.

Jiten Joshi will head the research team based in Mumbai, India, which currently consists of six researchers. Joshi will report to Mark Wauton, Aviva’s head of credit, who is based in London.

Joshi joins from Pali Capital, where he was director of special situations on the distressed and leveraged equity desk from 2008. He previously spent two years at ABN Amro, where he co-managed the US
