Guggenheim builds fixed income desk

Guggenheim Capital Markets, a division of Guggenheim Partners, is adding four senior professionals to the US fixed income rates trading group. David Nalepa and Keith Altman join as vice-presidents, while Mike Goldman will be head of agency trading. Rob Goss joins as a director of US rates sales. They will all report to Tom di Galoma, head of US fixed income rates trading.
