DeSari installs Calypso platform
Newly formed alternative asset manager DeSari Capital has chosen software provider Calypso for its soon-to-be-launched credit derivative product company. DeSari will run Calypso's cross-asset platform, hosted by Sky Road.
"Choosing the Sky Road-hosted Calypso solution was an easy decision," says Paula Horn, president of DeSari Capital. "They have proven experience working with leading CDPCs and so understood our needs thoroughly and immediately. The credit derivatives space is incredibly dynamic and by taking the Calypso platform, we not only have a one-stop solution to run our business but are able to do so innovatively with the most cutting-edge technology available."
The Calypso application will manage all aspects of the CDPC business including trading, risk management, compliance reporting for the rating agencies and accounting.
