The demands of investors on hedge funds are getting ever greater as the industry and the range of available products grows. So much so that managers are now building funds to meet specific clients' requirements

As the institutional market wises up to the uncorrelated benefits of hedge funds, investors' demands on the asset class become greater and their goals from hedge fund investment more specialised.

The changes in the hedge fund landscape are expected to fuel demand for bespoke hedge fund products, with made-to-match risk/return profiles and predetermined exposure levels.
