Coronation seeds fund
Coronation Investment Holdings, a multi-manager fund in Dublin, has seeded the Orthogonal Global Macro Fund, which was launched in July by Orthogonal Capital Management. Initial investment in the fund is $20m, some of which is from Coronation, said Peter Chen, Orthogonal chief operating officer. Coronation offers six multi-manager funds focused on low volatility. Chen said that interest in the Global Macro Fund has come mainly from funds of funds.
