There is welcome news for hedge fund managers seeking Mayfair offices this quarter. Commercial rents in Mayfair and St. James' have dropped by as much as 20%. Offices that were commanding up to £90 per square foot can now be found for as little as £70 to £80. Patrick O'Keeffe of Saxon Law property advisers, says: 'Rentals are being affected by the current climate, the market is deflating a little bit and coming down to more sensible levels. There are better deals to be done now than six to 12
