Investcorp Stoneworks Global Macro Fund - July 2008
The Investcorp Stoneworks Global Macro Fund (Stoneworks) aims to achieve absolute returns through a top-down evaluation of major global themes.
The fund employs a bottom-up implementation of trade ideas through a dynamic framework that promotes independent analysis and a collaborative review of factors.
The fund, established in 2007 as one of the hedge funds seeded by the Investcorp single manager programme, has a rigorous, top-down, arms length approach to risk management at the trader and fund level. Managed by Max Trautman, with a 20 year track record of trading global developed and emerging markets, is a veteran of Goldman Sachs.
