Fitzwilliam Commodity Plus Fund: BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management
BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management is the wealth management arm of BDO Stoy Hayward, the UK member of BDO International, the world's fifth largest accountancy network.
Originally founded in 1997 as Fitzwilliam Research, it later became BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management and launched a multi-manager international equity fund, the Fitzwilliam International Equity Trust, in 1998.
Research in 2005 suggested commodities should form a significant part of a diversified portfolio. Physical commodities have almost zero correlation with traditional asset classes and can improve the efficiency of a portfolio, even one that is diversified across alternative asset
