Merrill Lynch/Capgemini study claims high net worth individuals suffered a big decline in fortunes last year

The combined wealth of Asia Pacific's high net worth individuals (HNWIs) fell by $2.1 trillion - or 22.3% - to $7.4 trillion after a year-long period of exceptional volatility, according to the 13th annual World Wealth Report, produced Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management and Capgemini.
