JOB CYCLE
Nigel Webb, director of financial systems at Arthur Andersen and member of RMO's editorial advisory board, will join Greenwich NatWest later this month as global chief operating officer. Webb says his new responsibilities will cover the company's global operations and technology infrastructure, including risk management. Greenwich NatWest is the swaps and derivatives trading subsidiary of National Westminster Bank.
Webb adds that he has been working with Greenwich NatWest as part of Arthur
