Nasdaq hires veteran oil trader Glover

New York-based Nasdaq has hired Phil Glover, an oil trading veteran whose 26-year career has included stints at Goldman Sachs and various proprietary trading firms, as director of sales for its new US energy futures exchange, Nasdaq Futures.

Nasdaq launched the exchange in July, listing 26 cash-settled contracts in US power, natural gas, crude oil, and refined products that replicate existing contracts offered by Chicago-based CME Group and Atlanta-based
