Oxford Advisors closes Class B

Oxford Advisors has announced that it has closed Class B of the Oxford Alternative Strategy Fund as of 9 April 2001. The reason for the closure of Class B is because the risk and return profile of this class was too similar to Class A. Investors in Class B have reallocated their money totalling $58m into Classes A and C.
