Andrew Smith, formerly partner in charge of risk at KPMG, has been appointed global head of risk for the Halifax.
Savvysoft announced that Stanley Choung, a former equity derivatives trader and Vice President with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's Institutional Equity Division, has joined the software firm as Director of Product Development. Choung will report directly to Rich Tanenbaum, Savvysoft's founder. For the last two and a half years, Choung has been a trader on Morgan Stanley's Equity
