Düsseldorf-based E.on Global Commodities (EGC) named a trio of senior executives on September 2, including a new chief executive, Christopher Delbrück.

The reshuffle comes after Klaus Shäfer, the trading unit’s former chief executive, was appointed as chief financial officer (CFO) of parent company E.on.

Delbrück, who previously served as CFO of EGC, formally takes over the role of chief executive at the beginning of October. Having originally joined E.on in 2002, he has held various executive
