About the course
This in-depth learning experience will provide participants the necessary skills to identify, respond to and recover from operational disruptions by building operational resilience into strategies and business practices.
Participants, led by an expert tutor, will study the essential tools needed to identify and map important business services, set impact tolerances and create effective frameworks. Participants will learn to effectively collaborate with internal and external parties.
Key sessions will offer the opportunity to learn best practice approaches, facilitate discussions and expand understanding of operational resilience and business continuity management by exploring the fundamental components of a successful scenario-testing and the importance of proactively learning from disruptions.
