Michele Foresti officially resigns from role after failing to receive regulatory approval

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has named James DeMare and Bernard Mensah as co-head of global fixed income, currencies and commodities (Ficc) trading. The duo, who both report to Tom Montag, chief operating officer, replace David Sobotka, who is retiring.
