Ann B Curtis to leave Calpine

Calpine Corporation has announced the resignation of Ann B Curtis, vice-chairman, executive vice-president and corporate secretary, effective 27 January, 2006. During her 21-year career at Calpine, Curtis served in various senior management positions, most recently guiding the organisational and administrative functions of the company. In 2004, industry peers named Curtis one of '50 Key Women in Energy-Global' for her exceptional contributions to the global energy marketplace.
