PGGM appoints new CFRO

Dutch pension scheme PGGM has appointed Jac Kragt as chief finance and risk officer at PGGM Investments. Kragt will be managing the performance and risk, operational risk, control and compliance departments. Prior to this he was managing director of fundamental strategies at PGGM Investments, a position he held since June last year.

FRC chief quits

Paul Boyle has quit his position as chief executive of the Financial Reporting Council, which he has occupied since spring 2004
