New hires Robert Nieves, Jonathan Jesty and Bernadine Reese boost Protiviti’s financial services practice.

LONDON – Risk consulting firm Protiviti has appointed Robert Nieves, Jonathan Jesty and Bernadine Reese as directors in its growing financial services industry (FSI) practice in London. All previously held positions at one of the top four accounting firms.

Reese, Nieves and Jesty have a combined total of 50 years’ experience helping financial sector clients to resolve their operational and regulatory business risks, with extensive experience in the corporate and investment banking, private banking and investment management segments.

Reese and Jesty will focus on expanding Protiviti’s European regulatory risk management practice, while Nieves will focus on the range of operational and technology challenges his clients face.

The three hires follow the announcement in early October of Andrew Clinton’s appointment as managing director of Protiviti’s FSI practice in London.

Clinton said: “These appointments represent valuable additions to our financial services practice. Each of these individuals brings to Protiviti an impressive background, along with skills and expertise that further bolster our capabilities to deliver world-class consulting services to our clients.”
