Theam, the result of a joint venture between BNP Paribas' Corporate and Investment Banking and Asset Management divisions in March last year, combines investment banking and asset management activities across a broad spectrum of underlying assets, derivatives instruments and strategies. A wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Investment Partners, the company has around €50 billion in assets under management (AUM) and its specialist areas include index and active systematic strategy innovation
