Regulated information service (RIS)

A service run to disclose inside information to Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) – possible via a national regulatory authority – required by the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT). An RIS is expected to be run be intermediary parties such as transmission systems operators and other third parties
