Rouyere takes over global equity derivatives at Daiwa

Daiwa keeps building in equity derivatives

Martial Rouyere has been appointed global head of equity derivatives at Daiwa Capital Markets, the investment banking unit of Daiwa Securities, replacing Clarke Pitts, who resigned his position at the bank, according to a spokesman.

Managing director Rouyere was formerly head of retail structured products at Daiwa in London. In his new role, he will report to Dominique Blanchard, Daiwa's Hong Kong-based global head of derivatives. Rouyere's appointment and Pitts resignation follows close on the
