Regulators failing to take the lead on operational risk, says new survey


Financial services executives say the world's regulators are not focusing enough on operational risk, according to a new study by consulting firm RiskBusiness. The study shows that industry executives believe regulators are not leading discussions on operational risk issues, and knowledge about the topic among supervisors is described as relatively low.
