Former SEC lawyer pleads guilty in Dreier fraud case

NEW YORK – Robert Miller, formerly an attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has admitted helping convicted fraudster Marc Dreier defraud hedge funds out of millions of dollars. Miller’s guilty plea on November 9 makes him the third person to plead guilty in relation to  Dreier’s scheme.
