Credit Risk USA: Real estate, rates and bank competition a concern, says OCC

Real-estate lending, low interest rates and fierce competition between US banks are among the possible systemic threats to be highlighted in a report by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Martin Pfinsgraff, deputy comptroller for credit and market risk at the agency, has revealed.
