State Street Corporation, the Boston-based financial services provider, has appointed three European directors to its board.Peter Coym, Amelia Fawcett and Maureen Miskovic all joined the company just before Christmas. Coym is a retired head of Lehman Brothers Bankhaus, while Fawcett recently retired as chief operating officer and vice-chair at Morgan Stanley. She also serves as a member of the Court of the Bank of England. Miskovic chairs the risk and compliance firm Eurasia Group, based in New York.
State Street said it made the appointments, all three of whom are European nationals, to better reflect the business's growing global presence.
