Christoph Mura has become the chief operating officer (COO) of the Leipzig-based derivatives exchange, European Energy Exchange (EEX), effective January 1.He joins from the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, where he was chief executive until the end of September 2008.
Oliver Maibaum was also appointed chief executive of EEX's new subsidiary EEX Power Derivatives, in addition to his current role as managing director at EEX.
