Deutsche Bank has hired two foreign exchange structurers to work in its client strategy and solutions (CSS) group in London.Ray Franzi has joined as a director covering European corporates, excluding Germany. Franzi was previously global head of forex structuring at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Chris Collings was appointed as a director specialising in strategic corporate structuring. He previously headed Rabobank’s weather derivatives marketing unit, and was also responsible for derivatives hedging in cross-border mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Franzi and Collings both report to Rashid Hoosenally, global head of the CSS group.
