By all accounts, Timothy Massad is fond of beer and French cuisine (Risk March 2014). The chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) must then have enjoyed his recent trip to Brussels, which overflows with fine restaurants and some of the world's best lagers and ales.
