John Mitchell, who was leading Credit Suisse’s efforts to implement new market risk capital rules, has left the Swiss bank for a new role at JP Morgan.

Mitchell was a director in market and liquidity risk management at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for implementing various elements of the Basel 2.5 and Basel III rules.
