John Flint (pictured), HSBC’s Hong Kong-based head of regional fixed-income and derivatives trading, is moving to London where he will head up the management of the bank’s balance sheets for Europe and the Middle East. Flint will start his new role on April 15, reporting to Mike Powell, the bank’s treasurer and head of global markets, Europe. HSBC has yet to announce a successor for Flint’s derivatives trading role.
