Barclays Capital hires director of forex sales in Asia

Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank, has hired Henry Yeong as director of foreign exchange sales, based in Singapore.

Reporting to Jonathan Pye, head of institutional sales in Asia, ex-Japan, Yeong will assume responsibility for forex sales, including forex derivatives, in South-east Asia.

He joins Barclays from Dresdner Bank, where he was director and head of forex sales for Asia. Prior to this, Yeong worked at Bankers Trust as managing director of forex.
