In Brief:
EC releases updated Lamfalussy league table
The EU member states are largely all caught up with transposing Lamfalussy directives on schedule. Italy is the only country behind, having not yet sent notification of transposing the Prospectus Directive (2003/71/EC) into law.
Next on the league table to be completed is the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mifid); only Cyprus has submitted partial notification of transposition into the EC so far.
