CESR calls for evidence

The Committee of European Supervisors (CESR) has published a call for evidence on non-equities markets transparency.

The Committee of European Supervisors (CESR) has published a call for evidence on non-equities markets transparency. This is in response to a further request for advice from CESR by the European Commission in relation to cash bonds markets, which follows the European Commission's initial call for evidence with regard to its work under Article 65(1) of the Markets in Financial instruments Directive (Mifid) last year.

CESR is seeking the views of market participants on: whether there is convincing
