Credit Suisse touches down in Italy as investor appetite grows

Credit Suisse has made a definitive leap into the Italian exchange-traded fund (ETF) market with the launch of 17 new funds on the back of increasing investor appetite for the investment class.

The launches signal the bank’s first move outside of the Swiss market, where it already has E6 billion in assets under management in its Xmtch ETF business, and marks the start of a period of expansion across Europe, says the bank.
