LGB opts for Misys compliance and fraud systems

Lebanon and Gulf Bank is installing Misys to meet compliance requirements under Basel II and asset liability management regulations.

The bank will use the Misys Almonde platform, integrating it with Misys Equation, which it already uses for its core commercial activities such as inter-branch communication and database management.

The integrated system, including the Misys anti-money laundering solution, will automate the bank’s regulatory reporting from its Beirut headquarters.
