Dealers that maintained their commitment to Asia and their clients during and after the financial crisis have once more scored the best marks from voters in the Asia Risk institutional rankings. Three of the top four names – Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered – remain the same in 2010 as last year, with only their ranking positions changed.
