The relationship manager (RM) continues to play the most pivotal role when it comes to keeping the private bank clients happy. Often their work involves dealing with non-financial issues such as providing access to exclusive events, shopping or entertainment; helping with family issues; and philanthropy, as well as helping clients achieve returns on their portfolios by providing advice and execution services.
